It means to say that now in addition to Delhi, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Bengaluru and Kolkata, there will be IPL matches in Mumbai as well.

However, the competition in Mumbai will be organized in a different way than the other 5 cities. Like other cities, the presence of spectators cannot be seen in the stadium. The matches here will be the same as the one-day series between India and England will be played at the empty stadium in Pune. Apart from Mumbai, in other cities too, 50 percent spectators will not be allowed to enter the stadium.
